Here you will find every donation Front Line Kit has received — through WayForPay or by bank transfer directly into our NGO accounts.100% of your donations go straight into those NGO accounts. Every transaction follows the same public process: a component is needed, an invoice is raised, a payment request is made, it is approved or denied, and a receipt is issued. You can follow the whole trail on our transparency spending page.From 10 April we also include our fixed NGO costs. These cover (but are not limited to) rent for the premises, accountancy and legal fees, utilities, future website hosting, clerk and day-to-day operating expenses such as office supplies.Tim, Richard and the entire volunteer team continue to take $0 in payment from Front Line Kit for the work they do in Ukraine.We update the transparency page as often as we can. We could do it more frequently, but we keep costs as low as possible so that nearly every euro you give reaches the front.

How can you accept my donation?
We offer a user-friendly website donation system that allows you to select your currency, amount, and donation frequency! We accept donations through Visa and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Alternatively, we offer such donation methods as direct bank transfer via SWIFT, international money transfer systems (PayPal), and cryptocurrency. On average, 98% of the monthly donated funds will go directly to support military and humanitarian needs, and 2% is utilized to cover overhead expenses.

What countries do you receive donations from?
We receive donations from more than 60 countries around the world, including the USA, the UK, Germany, Sweden, Canada, Norway, Estonia, Finland, Switzerland, and more!
What can I do if my card payment is declined?
We are sorry that the payment was not successfully processed. Unfortunately, banks consider Ukraine a high-risk country, and based on our statistics, only 75% of payments are successful. This issue is not related to the country itself but varies depending on individual banks.
There is not much we can do on our side. We recommend using a card from a different bank or direct bank transfer via SWIFT. You can also try other payment methods available on our Donate page→ Alternative donation options.What is your legal status?
